This video came to my attention through Facebook, and I'm on a mission to share it as widely as I can, because the message is simple, clear, and right on the money.

Dr. Mike Evans is a physician and professor of family medicine in Toronto, and his video sums up the single best thing you can do to improve your health. It takes 9 minutes to watch the video and just 30 minutes per day to see the health benefits.

The prescription is simple: get moving.

Thank you, Dr. Evans for reminding us that it takes so little effort to gain so many of the health benefits of exercise.
