Transform your relationship with food and take charge of emotional eating and binges. Using hands-on exercises and group discussion, learn to identify and master your eating triggers and regain control of your relationship with food. Learn mindfulness-based techniques to identify physical and emotional eating triggers. Practice using all your senses to truly savor and enjoy every food, including foods that usually trigger overeating. Learn portion control tips to make eating moderately a way of life. 



Positive Wellness, Positive You
at Colorado Free University

Held at the Colorado Free University campus in Lowry, Positive Wellness Positive You is a two-night introduction to the tenets of Positive Wellness. We'll assess your wellness along Seven Dimensions of Wellness, we'll identify your signature strengths and learn how to leverage them for better health, and we'll learn how to develop emotional and physical resilience as an antidote to stress.
