Senior Fitness and Balance Assessment


Whether you're worried about your aging parent or yourself, a Senior Fitness and Balance Assessment can bring you peace of mind.

This thorough, research-based assessment will evaluate the subject on the following attributes:

  • upper body strength
  • upper body flexibility
  • lower body strength
  • lower body flexibility
  • cardiovascular fitness
  • motor ability with dynamic balance
  • balance under a variety of challenges
The assessment process involves an in-home visit from a certified Senior Fitness Specialist who will perform a range of tests with the subject. The visit requires approximately 1.5 hours. Subjects will be provided with a written report and suggestions for next steps.

In-Home Fitness Training

The exercise class that comes to you!

Senior Fitness Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer, LeeAnn Langdon, offers in-home fitness training specially designed for healthy aging--even for people limited by arthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes and other issues associated with aging.

With a focus on safe and effective exercises for your fitness level, we'll work to maintain your strength, balance, stamina and flexibility. We'll learn exercises that enhance independence and help you age vibrantly.

We'll exercise in the comfort and safety of your own home, using exercise equipment provided by Prime of Life Fitness (or your own equipment, if you prefer.) No travel, no gym memberships, no hassle. 

Choose from one-on-one training or save by exercising together as a couple.
