Positive Wellness Workshop and Support Group

What is Positive Wellness?

In this six-week workshop and wellness support group you will learn the skills you need to identify and build upon your unique health assets. Through a rich combination of lecture, in-class exercises and supportive sharing, we'll explore the seven dimensions of wellness and how body, mind and spirit all work together to support vibrant well-being.

In this workshop you'll learn:

  • How to identify and leverage your signature strengths and health assets
  • How to reduce the body's stress response
  • How to promote healthy habits and sleep patterns
  • How to develop physical and emotional resilience
  • How to create a personal action plan for your own wellness.

At the end of six weeks you'll feel better equipped to face your own health challenges and to move forward toward robust good health.
