Denver Metro In-Home Personal Training Rates

One-on-One Sessions

in-home personal training ratesIn a one-on-one personal training session your trainer will come to your home or office for your session. We will use equipment brought by Prime of Life Fitness or your own equipment.

Each session lasts one hour, and depending on your needs may include all workout time or a combination of workout, technique training, and/or nutrition and motivational counseling.

This is a great starter package if you’re new to personal training and want to get a feel for what it’s like. It’s also a low-risk way for you to test your commitment level and your comfort with your trainer.

Package includes:

  • 24-Point Posture and Movement Assessment
  • Health and Exercise History
  • Goals Assessment
  • Custom Workout Plan based on your needs, abilities and goals
  • 8 one-hour training sessions.
Depending on your current fitness level and your goals, we can schedule sessions 1, 2 or 3 times per week, or twice per month.

1x3: Weekly Sessions for 3 Months

Get your new fitness program off to a great start with this three-month package of weekly sessions. Once a week sessions are great for people who are committed to their fitness and can handle workouts on their own on the other days of the week. This package includes:

  • 24-Point Posture and Movement Assessment
  • Health and Exercise History
  • Goals Assessment
  • Custom workout plan based on your needs, abilities and goals
  • Adjustments to workout plan as you progress toward your goals
  • 12 one-hour training sessions

$320/month paid via EFT. Your trainer will complete EFT setup at your first meeting.

1x6: Weekly Sessions for 6 Months

A six-month commitment is appropriate for someone who has not exercised regularly for several years, someone who has a special condition (like high blood pressure, diabetes, osteoporosis or arthritis), or someone who has 20-40 pounds to lose. Once a week sessions are effective for people who are committed to their fitness and can handle workouts on their own on the other days of the week. This package includes:

  • 24-Point Posture and Movement Assessment
  • Health and Exercise History
  • Goals Assessment
  • Custom workout plan based on your needs, abilities and goals
  • Adjustments to workout plan as you progress toward your goals
  • 24 one-hour training sessions

$300/month paid via EFT. Your trainer will complete EFT setup at your first meeting.

In a year of regular fitness training, you can transform your body and your life. You'll learn a wide range of skills, techniques and tips to help you age vibrantly, whatever your current fitness level.

A one-year commitment is appropriate for someone with chronic medical conditions that require a carefully-managed fitness plan or someone who has 50+ pounds to lose. Once a week sessions are great for people who are committed to their fitness and can handle workouts on their own on the other days of the week.

This package includes:

  • 24-Point Posture and Movement Assessment
  • Health and Exercise History
  • Goals Assessment
  • Custom workout plan based on your needs, abilities and goals
  • Adjustments to workout plan as you progress toward your goals
  • 50 one-hour training sessions
