In a year of regular fitness training, you can transform your body and your life. You'll learn a wide range of skills, techniques and tips to help you age vibrantly, whatever your current fitness level.
A one-year commitment is appropriate for someone with chronic medical conditions that require a carefully-managed fitness plan or someone who has 50+ pounds to lose. Once a week sessions are great for people who are committed to their fitness and can handle workouts on their own on the other days of the week.
This package includes for each group member:
- 24-Point Posture and Movement Assessment
- Health and Exercise History
- Goals Assessment
- Custom workout plan based on your needs, abilities and goals
- Adjustments to workout plan as you progress toward your goals
- 50 one-hour training sessions
$154/person/month paid via EFT. Your trainer will complete EFT setup at your first meeting.
